Be watching for the completion of the first phase of renovation of the museum in September 2007. Located in the "Capitol Beautification Area" just North of the State Capitol, the museum is in the center of Oklahoma City's tourism corridor, with Bricktown on the South and the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum, Remington Park and the Omniplex to the North and East.
The renovation, remodeling and development of exhibits will be completed in phases, the timing and scope of which will correlate with the speed and extent of fund raising.
